"Espat Espat Espat"....Did I say "Espat? Yes! You read that right. I can't talk enough about Espat Law. They worked very hard to get me a settlement that I really did not think in the beginning I was even going get. Espat did their job very well! I was quite surprised at how much money they collected for me. This is the honest truth. I so appreciate the whole staff. They were on it. Mitch Espat has represented me in two personal injury cases, and it has always resulted in great success! When I first met Mitch, I was personally suffering from the damaging effects of a recent car accident. I had already interviewed several ‘Big Law Firm’ attorneys for help, but they all said it was impossible to win my case and none of them would represent me. I told Mitch about my situation. He was so professional and knowledgeable yet very friendly. You could tell he really cared about his client’s well-being. Much to my happy surprise Mitch agreed to take my case. Right away he put all my attention on recovery, he sent me to excellent doctor's, who helped me heal and feel good again. Meanwhile he and his team got to work managing my case very professionally. After a lot of careful preparation by Mitch and attempts to settle, we finally had to go to trial and Mitch won! I received a great settlement that provided the funds to pay all my medical expenses with funds for future medical needs with enough left over to allow me to buy a new car and a condominium! What was also especially important for me was that through the entire process I always had all my questions answered thoroughly. And I always knew l had a great support from the whole team. They have never been short with me. I always got as much time as I needed for me to understand what was happening, and they resolved any problems which came up in my case. Ever since that first case with Mitch, I have recommended him to my friends, and he has always gotten good results for them as his clients! A few years later I had another type of personal injury, and I did not really know what to do. So of course, I called Mitch and asked him to represent me. It also looked extremely hard to win, and Mitch was realistic with me that it might not work out. But he was persistent. Again, he first made sure I got all the medical care and rehabilitation help I needed to fully recover. Meanwhile Mitch managed the whole case very brilliantly despite any barriers put up by the defense attorney. In the end Mitch was able to negotiate a good settlement and we did not even need to go to a trial! In living through (and winning!) two tough personal injury cases myself and then seeing the successes of my friends who I recommended to be represented by Mitch, I really was able to see that Mitch and his team at Legal Strength not only know how to win cases, but they genuinely care about their clients as people. And they devote their time and effort to help those who are injured so they have the best chance to be made whole again. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to get help from such professional and caring people!
