We hired Kara to handle our sister's estate. She explained to me during our initial meeting what I would have to do, and what she would be doing...and we got it resolved with no stress. Any time I had a question, I emailed her and received an answer that same day. Though it was a hard time emotionally, it was comforting to know that I had a competent and caring Attorney, taking care of business for us. I would 100% recommend Kara to anyone.

Tara was hired to write a last will and testament for my father and our family after my mothers passing. She skillfully made everything less complicated and made a Life Tenant for his property and now, after his passing, passage of property and personal property is much more uncomplicated. She very compassionately helped me thru the healthcare surrogate minefield as well. Tara comes highly recommended in my book.

Kara helped my family in a time of crisis navigate the Medicaid and DCF systems in Florida. She was knowledgeable about the ins and outs of not only what needed to happen, but how to make it happen. Ms. Kara Evans came highly recommended from an accounting professional friend. She wrote a detailed trust based on my extensive notes, added a new will, plus updated related documents, all in a few week period. The final trust and will documents clearly reflected my wishes. She also provided guidance to fund the trust. I moved to Florida in 2011 and had my estate planning arranged by another lawyer at that time. Not having good memories of him, I agreed to use an attorney (Kara Evans) associated with my financial advisor to update my plans this year. I particularly liked that there was a relationship between my legal and financial advisors... one could easily consult the other on my behalf. As far as Ms. Evans services are concerned, I am very happy. She is very easy to deal with and readily understood how to take care of my estate planning. Best, she has handled my questions, even the stupid ones, with great tact and has not felt it necessary to bill me for post-consultation calls. As the title says, I am very pleased with Kara Evans and wish I had known about her when I first moved to Florida.
