Mr. Mortellaro did an amazing job of guiding my husband and I through the process of creating new wills and setting up a trust. He and his staff were always professional and cordial; we were made to feel like any and all questions we had, whether big or small, were always welcome and important. If Mr. Mortellaro wasn't available when we called, his return phone calls were always prompt. We will continue to seek Mr. Mortellaro's legal advice when needed and will recommend him to all our friends.

I have worked with a lot of attorneys over the years in various capacities but I have never worked with one that works as hard to gain a complete understanding of their client's situation as Michelangelo. The caring with which he treats his clients and their families is only matched by the depth and breadth of his knowledge. He prepared a Trust for myself, my sister and my elderly father. My father was a hard sell, because has become very untrusting of the world in general. Initially he thought acquiring a Trust would cause him to lose control of his assets. He had a simple Will and he thought that was all he needed. Michelangelo was able to articulate to him in a professional, trusting and compassionate manner and was able to earn his trust. Knowing my father's stubborness and attitude, this was quite an accomplishment. All questions and concerns were answered and he has responded to every email and phone call in a timely manner . The finished product was superbly drafted. I have since recommended two clients to him.

I had contacted a probate attorney several years after my dad died when I found additional assets belonging to his estate. The attorney I originally contacted quoted me a high price and told me I had to have a Formal Administration and it might take up to 2 years in the court! My neighbor told me to go see Michelangelo and he said all I needed was the much cheaper Summary Administration and he got in done in a few weeks for a fraction of the other lawyer's price. I was so pleased that I referred him to my fiancee's family to do a trust for them. They loved him too.

I am very pleased with this attorney and firm who handled my estate planning. This attorney came highly recommended to me by co-workers from HCSO. Although I expected the process to be involved and lengthy, Mr. Mortellaro made everything rather simple with minimal effort on my part. I have since referred him to my parents. Would definitely recommend !
