My experience in buying a home in Florida felt like "buyer beware / as is, no warranties" throughout the entire process. Good real estate transactional & short sale attorney

I found Stephen Hachey when Googling for help with debt resolution. My first conversation with him was so encouraging that I felt a huge weight lifted after years of struggling in the recession. He guided us through the short sale process, handling all the details swiftly and professionally; it was honestly painless despite having to leave the house that had been our family's first home for more than a decade. I highly recommend Stephen, and am grateful to him and his incredibly helpful staff for all they have done for my family.

I worked with Attorney Stephen Hachey and his assistant, Donna Hubbard, on a short sale. The benefit was to hire an attorney that also knew the market as a relator. While we received excellent legal advice, after 2 years of the house being on the market and going through multiple potential buyers, the bank never agreed to any of the offers. We were thankful to eventually receive an offer from the bank, extending the opportunity to modify our current loan and it helped us keep ownership of the property. Although the short sale didn't work out, we believe everything turned out exactly the way God intended it to.
