I worked with Mr. Hachey on a short sale that we had 4 weeks to close, from contract to closing, or it was going to be sold on the courthouse steps. With years of experience as a Realtor I didn't think it could be done, but decided after speaking with Mr. Hachey to give it a try. We closed the transaction in 4 weeks; buyer and seller were very happy with all the terms of the short sale, and the seller was released from the debt.
