Lori Palmieri did an excellent job with my case. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with and good results.

I am probably the worst client she's ever had. She's handled 3 cases of mine, and got 2 closed as soon as she can, other one hasn't filed yet but she's handling it for me already. I was on PTI for 12 months, yet she got me off of it after 4 months. She's always on top of everything, she lets me know what's going on, and what I need to do during the process. I don't know what I would do without her.

I hired Lori to help me with a FBI investigation. Agents approached me and asked if they could speak with me. They never explained what they were investigating, but it was obvious that they did not have my best interest at heart. Therefore, I explained to them I would not be speaking with them and that my attorney would be in touch with them. During my process and incident, I found myself to be with an incompetent and lazy lawyer. At the 11th hour, Miss Lori answered the call to assist me in a federal case, and to replace my old lawyer. From that point on, I was not left alone. She was there at every waking minute to answer questions for family members and myself. She analyzed, investigated, and broke down my entire situation, to find every angle that would help in my defense. This teamwork was also completed from many miles as I live in Ohio, and my incident was in Florida. Hi, I was in a car accident that resulted in a fatality when I was in my early twenties. I had volunteered to take a breathalyzer as I was sober and a authorities requested a sample of my blood instead and decided to charge me with reckless driving because there is marijuana in my system. I had never been more nervous in my life I thought I was going to jail. Asked we walking to the courtroom everybody that was an employee came up and greeted Me. Palmieri. this instantly put me at ease from bailiff to court clerk to even judges when they say hello to your lawyer that means you have the right lawyer. The opposition kept requesting postponements because they couldn't get their case in order and cool as a cucumber Ms. Palmierilet them until the last time once the last postpone was granted she moved it to dismiss and was granted for violating my right to a speedy trial. I felt like I was on the TV watching one of those Court shows. I think she even trained the opposition I could be wrong but I don't think I am. Over the next several years I have referred five or six clients to her people who meant something to me and she was kind enough to take care of them all. If you are looking for somebody who knows the prosecuting side inside and out to defend your Ms. Palmieri is the lawyer you should hire because she's going against the people that she trained

Lori is a great lawyer. At first i did not think that she was on my side but i was wrong. She helped me throughout my case and i m glad that she was my legal counsel. My sentence was reduce from a 10 years minimum down to not even any where close to that. Even though i did not get what i wanted at sentencing, but i felt that she gave her best. She is a terrific lawyer. If anyone need a good lawyer, Lori is the one you should retain.
