He did an amazing job with my case. He won my case of nasty roach infestation, protecting my daughters health and myself. He also reached out in a timely manner, and was always happy to assist with my questions or concerns. I would recommend Mr. Tobin to anybody, it was such a pleasant experience working with him.

I have worked in Fire Rescue services since 1997. Never have I needed to consult a lawyer until recently. Firefighters would understand that we don't work in the same fire service we grew up in. The process of searching for a lawyer is daunting at best. Mr. Tobin was referred to me by a fellow firefighter. I called him and left a message, he returned my call that same day (currently I still haven't heard from others that I left messages with). Mr. Tobin immediately expressed to me his concern for my situation. I learned that he has a good working knowledge of the Fire Rescue industry as well as the unfortunate corruption that can take place in County/City Government. In my particular situation I needed Mr. Tobin to be present for a disciplinary hearing I was involved with. Myself along with several of my co workers that were present for the hearing, were very impressed with the obvious impression that was left by Mr. Tobin. He was very capable of expressing to the County representatives the wrong doing that had ensued. I have NO problems using Mr. Tobin's services now or in the future if need be and highly recommend any person in Fire Rescue services to contact Mr. Tobin in the event that they need to consult with a lawyer.

Brad was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He promptly addressed my situation, understood what needed to be done and got it done. Brad took over my negligence case from another attorney. After reviewing the original complaint he decided it was missing some very key points and needed to be refiled. Which he did and quite a quick manner. Our case then proceeded in a much more effective manner than it had been. Resulting in a favorable result that made myself and the defendant content with the final result. As a process server myself I would and have already recommended Brad to several clients I do process work for that really need an attorney rather than doing it pro se. You definitely get your money's worth.

My employer fired me from my job of 16 years giving me no opportunity to make a two week notice resignation. The reason for the firing was given as violating company standard operating procedures. I filed within a couple of days, but was told by the state unemployment department that I would receive no compensation. I filed for an appeal which took place by phone 4 1/2 months after my termination. I hired Brad Tobin to represent me as my attorney during the conference call. I brought no other persons with me. The conference call was held in Mr, Tobi n's office. I was a client of Mr. Tobin and paid a flat fee for his services. Brad represented my case extremely well. I spoke only when the referee asked me to speak. As I listened to the referee's summation, I felt very confident that I had won my case due to Brad's efforts.

Attorney Tobin accepted my case even though legal precedent was against me. He did this, I presume, because he knew I had been wronged.
