Mr. Miller came to us by way of recommendation from a public adjuster. Our case involved an insurance company that offered to settle our claim from damages resulting from a collapsed sewer line and subsequent flooding of 1/3 of our small home. Carpeting, base boards, sheetrock in 2 bedrooms, wall and floor tile, base boards, sheetrock, a shower and a tub in 2 separate bathrooms, all compromised by sewer water, brought an offer of $2000 to settle from the insurance company. To make a long story short, I hired a Co., to do a remodel in my kitchen, they installed a totally different sink in my Granite than what was shown and on the contract then refused to put the correct one in when I noticed the issue. I then had to hire another Company and purchase the correct sink to correct the issue and potentially sue the original company for damages. Through just the power of a few emails and a demand letter, Gary got them to wright me a check for well over my investment in the actual project cost. The shame is that this could've been just made right if the Company would of stood by their contract and gave me what I actually paid for.....which I gave them ample time to do. Gary Miller represented my family in a sinkhole claim. This was never a get rich claim but rather we just needed for the insurance company to fulfill their responsibility according to our policy. The insurance company sent repeated denials to our initial request/claim. Gary became involved and after many more denials, the insurance company agreed to complete the testing of our property per our policy. After we had the results of the testing, Gary negotiated the remediation of the sinkhole and to fix the damage to our home. From the very start of the process to the end, Gary was the one person who always kept my families well-being at the forefront of the issue. I should mention that the remediation included 40+ trucks of concrete to fill the hole. Imagine the damage that would have been done if Gary was not our attorney.
