I had an issue with my landlord; my apartment flooded, and despite my repeated attempts at contact, the landlord did nothing about it, so I was forced to hire a company to come deal with my flooded apartment. The landlord then falsely claimed it was my responsibility to pay the bill, despite clear language in the lease that it was their responsibilty because I hired this company without their permission, even though I only had to do this because they weren't doing anything themselves! After months of not being able to resolve this, I finally sought out Mr. Wolbers. He took my case immediately, on a totally reasonable contingency. The entire duration of the case he was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He did everything I wanted, and more, and I just now received my settlement for the dispute, for the entire amount I was asking for, including all the legal fees I had paid! I would recommend Mr. Wolbers to anyone who asked, I can't think of any way he could have handled my case better.

Tristan Wolbers gave me great guidance for my impending eviction action. I've placed the 3-day Notice 2 months in a row and I will retain him when my tenants fail to pay.
