I had an issue with my landlord; my apartment flooded, and despite my repeated attempts at contact, the landlord did nothing about it, so I was forced to hire a company to come deal with my flooded apartment. The landlord then falsely claimed it was my responsibility to pay the bill, despite clear language in the lease that it was their responsibilty because I hired this company without their permission, even though I only had to do this because they weren't doing anything themselves!
After months of not being able to resolve this, I finally sought out Mr. Wolbers. He took my case immediately, on a totally reasonable contingency. The entire duration of the case he was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He did everything I wanted, and more, and I just now received my settlement for the dispute, for the entire amount I was asking for, including all the legal fees I had paid!
I would recommend Mr. Wolbers to anyone who asked, I can't think of any way he could have handled my case better.

Tristan helped us recover damages from tenants of our rental property. He was extremely professional, forthright, assertive when needed, and was willing to go the extra mile. I called as many Tenant Attorneys in Tampa as I could find online. Tristan answered his line promptly, listened to my concerns, and circumstances. After my long-winded explanation, Tristan gave me advice, and pointers on how to proceed. I was able to resolve the matter thanks to him. Tristan is knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He is not the kind of attorney that will scare you into hiring him, listing all of the endless legal ramifications. He gave me peace of mind. I recommend him to anyone seeking tenant representation.

Tristan Wolbers gave me great guidance for my impending eviction action. I've placed the 3-day Notice 2 months in a row and I will retain him when my tenants fail to pay. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to supply detailed guidance for me to pursue the eviction on my own, but his fees were reasonable enough that I will have him handle my case. I hope this doesn't happen, but if it does I look forward to working with him. He seems like a great guy and is very knowledgeable.
