Hired Mr. Russo to review a franchise agreement I was purchasing. Although I had read the contract multiple times, Joe brought up several issues I would never have thought of/considered. Offered great advice, insight, and recommendations during the process as he can offer the perspective from both the franchisor and franchisee point of view.
