Absolutely worst firm, they lie and steal through billing tactics and don’t take cases seriously unless it’s for a high payday. Wish I would have never hired these frauds.

I submitted a request on Monday and was able to have a consultation over the phone by Wednesday. Mr. Hachey was easy to talk to and quick to gather information to help answer my questions about property law. He was knowledgeable about my requests but also up front about any information that was out of his scope of law knowledge.

My Partition Action for the forced sale of my house went very professionally with Corrie Dutton my Attorney. I couldn’t have chosen a better team!! I never thought getting my ex to sell our house would be possible. We hit opposition and a tough opposing attorney but Corrie navigated all the road blocks with ease!! We won a nice well earned settlement and didn’t even even have to force a sale. There are never any legal battles I want to face again but if it’s a real estate action I would go straight to Hatchey Law.

This is the law firm that is representing my children against me in our partition case. I have contacted their attorney multiple times with no response! I'm ready to move forward with this case and they won't respond to me. I told him I'm representing myself! So I guess they don't take it seriously and I don't know the law! I do know the law very well I'm ready to proceed with this case and they're dragging their feet!!!!

Fraudulent Deed. I contacted Atty. Hachey for his expertise in Real Estate Law. He was very Helpful and Clear and Generous with his Time. I would not hesitate to hire him to investigate and resolve the challenges with the fraudulent deed to my Grandmother's house.

I used the Law Offices of Stephen K. Hachey for a consultation for enforcement of a contract. My issue was time sensitive, and Attorney Steven Hachey was available the same day I called to advise me. He explained my rights and helped me understand the law in that area. I didn't need to hire him after all, but I was very happy that he shared a wealth of knowledge with me which helped my situation. I would definitely hire him for future needs and recommend him highly.
