Nick was referred a wrongful death case involving a relative, He gave my wife's cousin excellent advice NOT to proceed with a legal action which was more likely to result in further grief than in any recovery. Normally, a personal injury lawyer will "roll the dice", hoping to coerce a settlement from a deep pockets defendant. Athought I agreed with his recommendation not to pursue the matter , my wife's cousin did not follow the advice, She was eventually forced to trial, which may have been cathartic to some extent but which was, on the whole, merely a repeat of bad memories.

My case was going to be very difficult & Nick advised me of that at the beginning. Nevertheless, he pursued a good ending for me with dogged determination, always kept me in the loop and was a straight shooter with me (which I liked). You can't go wrong with Nick Rinaldo going to bat for you.
