Very helpful and straight to the point...

I hired Mr. Holden about 10 months ago to represent me in a divorce/ child relocation case. I gave him all my savings about 5k which he agreed was enough. It was very important to me to have strong representation as a parent. Mr Holden was confident he would win, almost arrogant about it. I came to his office 2x the week prior to the hearing, and he dismissed me as too anxious and told me the case was a slam dunk in my favor; " I promise, dont worry, its not gonna happen!"he said. What this law firm sold me on what they could do, was boasting far beyond the firms realistic capabilities. The paralegals at the firm are way under whellming and have significant difficulty with email and a relable internet connection with the county clerk office, which is essentially to do their jobs. The attorney was the same way, making excuses while trying to convince you they have the best product. Maybe you have met salesman that are like this, all talk but nothing under the hood. Tom is very adept at lying to you while looking at you confidently in the eye, however when it comes to legal representation and the job he does in the courtroom, the man is not at all competent or a quick thinker, its almost negligent. If you want to go backwards with your legal needs Tom is your man. He is great a digging holes and taking your money.

Paul Darby is one of the most knowledgeable and persistent attorneys I have ever come across. Mr Darby , right from the start and all the way to the end of our adoption case. which ended in my name on the birth certificate of ( MY) two children . Mr. Darby and his staff followed up with me through phone calls and emails during the whole process. They were always available to answer any questions.
