The initial call was lovely but then I was ghosted. I called back and was told they wouldn't be pursuing my case. I didn't receive any email or phone call with this information and was left hanging. Even an automated email with this information would be good. I'm not happy with this service.

She asked all the appropriate questions that pertains to my sons case. Cristina was very sympathetic as well. However, Morgan & Morgan was unable to take our sons case on. No negative thoughts towards this establishment considering they are very prompt & professional in responding to our case evaluation. We are still hopeful someone will take our sons case and appreciated Morgan & Morgan even considering my child's justice. Thank you

She was very compassionate, and observant and what details I gave about the fall I had taken at a car wash.. a month later Update, they sent me to a quack doctor and wanted me to continue care three days out of a week so they could pad the bill. I decided to opt out. I’m going to see that doctor, and then I had to move to Texas I let them know that I was living in unsafe condition and they dropped my case.

Absolute worse. They had me wait two months to hear from someone only to tell me there was nothing they could do about my case since the other guy's insurance had nothing to go after. They're all about profit and not for the people at all!

I always was told that Morgan & Morgan are for the people until I was in the middle of a consultation the lady said had a good case then when she asked who was I going to be doing the malpractice against instantly I got a response I’m sorry we’re not gonna be able to take this case so evidently it must be that they must represent one of them and that they’re not for the people. So many people die or go on in life with worse health problems because of situations like this trying to get help with a problem that somebody has caused and can’t do it. I’m very disappointed

They say they help but I had an accident they turnd me down bad experience they should be more polite to a Disabled combat Veteran very bad service But I Got a Lawyer that was willing to help me don't really recommend if you're Veterans like me don't call them
