Arlene is very nice to speak to and a nice person but that is where the good experience stops. It was very frustrating and time consuming to constantly chase after a lawyer to follow-up on closing matters. Arlene is not detailed oriented and does not allot an appropriate amount of time to "close" on the transaction/business at hand during her day. She follows-up on 1 out of every 3-5 emails and the same ratio for phone calls. A mistake was made in the closing settlement that would have cost appx $500 if I had not caught it. I am still waiting for a closing document to be delivered and the closing was over 2 months ago.
