Words cannot do justice to how truly amazing Tim and the entire Babiarz team are. If you are looking for a law firm to represent you that is genuine, sincere, and will advocate for your best interest there is simply no competition. I cannot thank Tim and his team enough for their concern and putting me first before all else. I was lost and confused on how to navigate legal representation after a motorcycle accident. I called a plethora of firms and was met with disingenuous condescending legal aids and lawyers with a lack of empathy. I was distraught and without answers. Upon calling Babairz Law Firm I was immediately met with staff who listened to me, cared about my well being, and advised on how to further best proceed in my search without even being taken on as a client yet. Once I spoke to Tim there was no question left unanswered. Tim and his team elaborated on anything I was confused about and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. My case was handled promptly, professionally, but most importantly of all with true concern for my welfare. The case was settled quickly and Tim is no pushover, he'll ensure you get compensation for your suffering. I'm unsure how to express it eloquently but Tim is a man who wants to take care of people and puts humanity above all else. This philosophy has nothing but my deepest respect. We truly need more people like Tim working in the legal field. But that's what makes him and his team so great, there's only one.

I setup my trust, living will etc with effortlessly yeats ago. Years later I needed documents to sell a property and other to provide to doctors. I just emailed request and within a couple hours, I had all docs in my email. They also helped cleared things up when real estate broker falsely said I needed documentation that was not required

My husband and I initially went for my Moms trust, Tammy was very helpful. We then stated we wanted to make an appointment for our trust and Tammy stated she would have someone contact us with an appointment - 3 weeks later and 4 phone calls we evidently fell thru the cracks - so it’s a big No for us.
