My wife and I were involved in a golf cart/car accident that didn't go well for my wife. Tim Babiarz and his entire staff did a great job shepherding us through the legal process in dealing with getting medical bills handled, as well as handling all dealings with the insurance companies. Communication was very good and responsive. Tim provided a very realistic assessment of the pros and cons of the facts and negotiated a fair and reasonable settlement. The firm as a whole is very thorough, and professional, helping you get you through to a good resolution for what can be a very upsetting and difficult time. The Law Firm of Tim Babiarz is excellent! Through a stroke of luck referral, we called and got an appointment quickly with Tim and Jennifer. After hearing and seeing all of our evidence, Tim and Jennifer concluded that we'd be unable to proceed in the direction we thought. HOWEVER, while looking over the evidence, Tim noticed a possible legal oversight in our auto insurance policy. After further investigation, Tim and his team found the oversight to be true. Thanks to Tim's up-to-date knowledge of the auto insurance industry and his team's diligence we were able to resolve the oversight. We had never been through a process like this, but the entire Babiarz Law Firm made the experience easy. We can't express enough how professional, comforting, welcoming, and knowledgeable everyone there is. We worked mainly with Lindsey and Tim, they answered our questions and responded to our calls/emails expeditiously. I just finished signing my final documents and from start to finish it was an excellent experience. I did interview a few other attorneys before choosing this firm and every time I would come away confused and bewildered at what it would cost. Although not necessary I did attend the seminar and found it very informative and also found it interesting that most people that were there had come not because the seminar was free but because people had recommended this firm to them. Throughout the process which was very quick start to finish Sham made what can be an uncomfortable topic pleasant, light, and his explanations were completely understandable. He explains everything using language that we all can understand. Actually everyone that I interacted with at this firm was pleasant and helpful. I have nothing but the highest recommendation: an excellent attorney, a friendly knowledgeable staff, and very reasonable prices.
