The Babiarz Law Firm is a very caring, professional firm that believes in what they do and can do for the individual. I was involved in a golf cart-vehicle accident and Tim came highly recommended. If it were not for him and his staff, I am not sure how my medical injuries would have been resolved. Tim advised me in the correct direction to what doctors I needed to see in a timely fashion. The communication between client and staff was kept confidential. The staff was always upbeat and made sure all COVID practices were handled to the upmost safety of everyone. Jennifer and Wayne were both awesome at their jobs. The many phone calls and emails to me were always uplifting. When dealing with issues from an accident, one must remember to be patient. Both of these individuals had to do a lot of paper chasing and filing in order to submit the information correctly in the law document presented to the insurance agencies. Tim kept a positive attitude and knew how to go forth and get the job done. Besides being an amazing law firm they also do charitable outreach for others. At Christmas time they had a fund raiser for those in need and what better way to say, "Thank You to the community" by thinking of others.
