Our experience with "Sham" was all of these qualities stated above. We were made to feel comfortable discussing our desires to allocate our assets when the time comes. He explained in detail the need for putting our home in a trust . This was unknow to us until he explained in laymans terms the need to create such a document. We also discussed the attributes of having a will as well as beneficiaries for all of our financial accounts. The information he provided was very helpful and lead us to take action to protect our assets from being held up in Probate Court. I wish I could give them 6 Stars!! Sham Shanawany was 'THE BEST" for our Revocable Trust and Will needs. Very easy to work with, very professional in EVERY way, and TOTALLY knowledgable in all aspects. And the cost, is frankly, ridiculously low. His prices are published on a sheet. Zero hidden costs as much is included in his fee. He fully explains everything and asks to make sure we understood everything. Even though we were an hour and a half drive away, we gladly made the trip 4 times to meet with him with extra questions before we signed our new Trust documents. Yet, no additional charges with the added visits. He also includes a FREE review each year! Others quotes $4-7,000 package, yet his price was well under $1,000, very well under!

I was involved in a traumatic injury accident about a year and a half ago in Ocala, Florida. I had no clue about getting a lawyer or who to get if I got one. I was treated most courteously at all times - even when I was mentally unglued from the accident. The firm achieved getting me a fair settlement and they were gracious and wonderful to work with. I was very fortunate to have been paired with Tim's team. Given the choice, I would certainly pick this group of individuals to work with again.

We needed to update our Trust Agreements so we attended a seminar lead by Sham and followed up with a private consultation, of which both were complementary. Sham spent a great deal of time with us and explained in detail and "layman terms" about each of the documents. He also pointed out that we needed a Durable Power of Attorney, a Living Will Declaration and a Certification of Trust. He prepared all of the documents needed to protect our interests in a timely fashion and went over each again for a better understanding. We are completely satisfied with the professionalism of this firm and the reasonable costs. Highly rate and recommend this firm for any estate matters.
