Recently moved to The Villages from out of the state. We needed to update our legal docs since it had been at least 10 years; and, Florida laws are different from where we were living. We met "Sham" at a lecture about Florida Estate Planning. We also attended other lectures offered by other estate planning professionals and attorneys to educate ourselves as well as identifying which professional would understand us and meet our needs. Sham was extremely knowledgeable; and, very clearly explained the process and difference between a will and trust (far from the legaleaze talk that confuses everyone). Sham is thorough, and so is his staff. All the details were done right the first time. We left feeling confident that we had made the right choices concerning family and for protecting our assets. I needed to have a will drawn up. After much discussion, and fully explaining all the options and choices to us, we also had a trust established. This firm is great. The staff, the attorney's, great service, and reasonable pricing.

We had no end of life documents or a lawyer. Looking online this law firm, and especially Sham, had amazing reviews and we can confirm them. We had no idea what we needed. We had an initial video phone interview with Sham in which he asked what we wanted to do. The details of what we wanted turned out to be pretty complicated. Sham clearly explained the possibilities in terms of having a trust versus a will. To avoid probate we went with a trust backed up by wills. The documents he produced were very detailed and he spent considerable time going through and explaining them. He would be an excellent teacher the way he presents things. Moreover, Sham is really a nice, friendly, very funny guy. Not your typical lawyer. Super professional and knowledgeable which made it a quick and easy process. We ended up with a very detailed trust with back up wills, durable powers of attorney, and living wills. Their pricing was very competitive. Highly recommended! We are all set to go, so to speak.

During an extremely sad and stressful time legal issues were the last thing I wanted to think about. The Babiarz Law Firm is absolutely the best in my opinion. I met Tim in 2016. I was in my golf cart at a stop sign when I was hit by an SUV. I suffered extensive damage to my right arm and hand.
