He then discussed all of our options, made some excellent recommendations, and finally the documents were prepared and given to us at the signing. We can't praise them enough

I was in my golf cart and another driver turned directly in front of my cart. I applied my brakes to avoid a collision and my cart flipped over. As a result, I sustained abrasions, cracked ribs and a head injury. I was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Further follow-up medical procedures showed that as a result of the head injury, I sustained permanent short term memory issues. I decided to find a local law firm to represent me in this matter. After doing some on-line research, I retained the Babiarz Law Firm, since they had many great reviews and seemed to specialize in car vs. golf cart cases.
