I am writing this on behalf of my retired mother who lives in the Villages. My mother retained Eric MIllhorn at the Millhorn Law firm in the Villages to draft her Living Trust. The Trust was not drafted properly and cost more that Millhorn had originally quoted. My mother then needed some urgent advise on the Trust and requested a meeting with Eric in late August 2013 and was told that Eric was not available to see her until November 2013. She was then directed to see a junior attorney Hisham “Sham” Shanawany. She went to the offices to meet Sham. He was 30 minutes late and then was rude and dismissive and told her to "go away" and that he would not provide any assistance. There are many other attorneys in the Villages and central Florida. I strongly encourage you to "go away" from Millhorn Law Firm and use a Firm that cares and is responsive to their clients. Good luck.

i met with sham shanawany from the millhorn law firm to help my sick elderly aunt with her will ... he came over to her house which was nice b/c she couldn't drive ... he spoke in basic english and not lawyer english which my aunt really needed ... and his prices were very very reasonable. he even gave us his cell phone which made it easy to get a hold of him. although i personally dont live in florida ... i recommend him as lawyer for wills

Sham is the most thorough lawyer around! If you have estate planning needs, you need to set up and appointment with Sham. If you haven't even thought about your estate planning needs, you need to call Sham. Do not put your trust somewhere else until you meet with Sham.
