After my grandmother passed I had the unfortunate need to reach out to this law firm to see what additional steps may need to be taken for her trust. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to for reasons that were out of my control - there is no reason to be rude to anyone that has just lost a family member. If you want your loved ones to have a pleasant experience after your passing, go elsewhere.

The Babiarz law firm has exceeded all my expectations. Tim Babiarz is the most ethical ,kind and wonderful person I have ever met . He helped us through a tragic car accident involving my sister-in-law-while administering his caring with her daughter living out of state. I would refer Tim and his team -including Wayne Moser as his chief investigator and his legal staff to anyone needing help. I was just involved in an accident and I am so grateful Tim is available to help us.

I just met Tim and he was beyond professional with my mother and her husband after a traumatic accident that involved a golf cart in the Villages. He was courteous, calm, organized and very thorough. He and his office have helped alleviate some of the stress my mother has already experienced during this ordeal.

In my opinion Michael Millhorn has become SENILE! After years of using Millhorn Law Firm for our family trust, today will be the last!!! We arrived for a scheduled meeting and within a minute he was yelling at us for no apparent reason, he immediately interrupted me and became extremely aggressive, to the point he made my mother start shaking in fear. Then he started accusing me of crimes. When I said we were DONE and Leaving he continued berating us with insults. Telling me I thought I was "Smarter than everybody else in The World" My mother was so upset she began crying in the car on the way home. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN HES IS NOT STABLE!!!

My mom used this firm to create a trust. She needed to have one paragraph changed due to a change in her life. She paid them $240 to make the change and they have not done it after 3 months. I think this firm takes advantage of older people because they can. Their reviews on Yelp are similar to this one. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN EASY AND LEGITIMATE EXPERIENCE.
