There are not enough words in the English dictionary to describe the gratitude I feel for having been a client with Mrs. Hawkins and her staff. It’s truly concierge level of customer service and expertise. Their follow through, their ability to answers all your questions and completely give attention to as an individual makes all the difference when you’re dealing with Worker’s Compensation and

Amazing staff! Lawyer Hawkins was thorough and patient while her staff were always quick to respond. George Gingo and James Orth are the best lawyers. Ever! When I met them back in 2010, they completely changed my feelings about lawyers. For the first time, I knew what it felt like to have a legal professional on my side. I have referred friends and family to them over the years and they’ve only had positive things to say! They are down to earth, professional, always on time, and always work hard for their clients. My only regret is not writing this review sooner!!

Not very friendly or understanding. Asked me if I was a lawyer or paralegal, when asked if cause of action was justified. Would not recommend whoever was on staff as of 08/21/23 11:00 Am Short and abrasive service

I retained the law firm in September 2022. By October any necessary medical treatment was wrapped up. In February 2023 I was offered partial settlement however I asked to send me itemized bill as nothing else needed to be done to settle. In May 2023 I received via email a medical bill for another client of theirs.
Still have not received a final bill, remaining settlement nor an explanation as to what the hold up was. Communication is poor to non existent. It’s almost June 2023 and I am still waiting.

When I called Britta at Bogin, Munns & Munns I wasn't aware of the workers comp laws in Florida and if they were different from my home state of Maryland. Britta and her paralegal , Elizabeth were exceptional! They both kept lines of communication open during negotiations making me feel like I had a say in what was discussed. The whole process was relatively quick and easy and I'm quite happy with my settlement. Thank you Ladies.
