Morgan & Morgan Review: A Disappointing Experience I cannot express enough my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Morgan & Morgan after my auto accident. From the very beginning, the attorney assigned to my case was rude and dismissive, making me feel like my pain and suffering were just an inconvenience. Rather than treating me with the respect and empathy one would expect from a firm that claims to be "For the People," I was subjected to unprofessional, bully-like tactics that left me feeling pressured and unheard. The attorney frequently tried to intimidate me into signing documents without fully explaining their implications. It was made very clear that if I didn’t comply with their demands, I risked losing any chance of receiving my settlement. This is not the kind of representation I expected; it felt as if my financial situation was being exploited, and my settlement money was being dangled over my head like a bargaining chip. The process has been unnecessarily tied up in court, dragging out my case for far too long, while I continue to live with the pain and suffering from the accident. What should have been a supportive and professional relationship has instead been an ongoing nightmare. If you’re looking for a legal team that genuinely cares about your well-being, Morgan & Morgan is not it. The dismissive attitude, lack of communication, and overall incompetence I encountered were unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking justice after an accident. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life, and I’m still dealing with the aftermath—both physically and emotionally. Be warned: if you hire Morgan & Morgan, you may end up fighting not only for your settlement but for even basic decency and respect from your own legal team.
