I was involved in an accident. Not my fault. I have pretty bad injuries. Morgan and Morgan grabbed my case quickly. They gave me several different doctors to go to. I was told to not provide my medical insurance to the doctors. I was also told they had my back and everything would be fine. I was also told to forward any correspondence to Morgan and Morgan. I did everything asked of me. I filled out and logged information on the app every day. After the initial call my legal tem was changed several times. I barely heard from them at all. I got maybe 3 calls and e-mails in the almost 5 months after the accident. I was told it had to go to litigation. I then received a call that they were dropping my case! I am going to start receiving medical bills that I cannot afford to pay! I’m extremely afraid that I’m going to have to file bankruptcy, lose my home and car etc……. All because I did what they told me to do. Now they want me to agree in writing to allow them to drop the case. I’ve had more correspondence from them regarding dropping the case than the entire time they were supposed to br helping me. They are most definitely not for the people but for their own pockets!

I was trying to release the hose so I could vacuum the drivers side of the car…usually when I pull in to a parking area in front of the vacuum the hose is always on the drivers side of the car…it wasn’t available…I saw the hose on the passenger side of my car was so went over to the hose to pull it over to see if it would reach my drivers side the hose got caught on the hood of my car I proceeded to pull it free and as I backed up I believe my foot hit the cement curb…I fell over backwoods…91 was called and I was transported by ambulance the cat scan showed a concussion…I have neck pain both sides of my neck have tension when I turn my head…my spine makes cracking noises depending which way I turn I have to do sumpter task slowly my upper back at times feel as though ligaments are snapping over each other…my neck my as flexible prior to the accident it is very stiff…a traumatic brain injury…my concern I have scoliosis and a head injury such as I had can exacerbate structure issues in your neck by putting more strain on the disks and vertebrae and can cause faster degeneration…if the car wash company should have put an orange cone showing that that vacuum station had issues and should not be used.

If I could give a zero I would they took my case and said it was being processed I had to reach out and see what's going on after they told me they will contact me it's been 3 months now still nothing

They said they can't help me.but iam still hurt with no lawyer.they said they will always help the little guy but don't want my case.

I called I to get representation. I am currently on SSI but Social Security wants to push me to SSDI. They did not give me a choice either. They denies me SSDI thus threatening my SSI. The person doing my consultation was not educated on work credits. He put me on hold and came back and said We can't represent you. I asked why, he said I was not given any specifics. I told him that made no sense and I want to know the reason. He said " so you want to hear the same thing from someone else"?. I said I want to know the reason. He then said Oh, because you are already receiving SSI. I told him that Social Security is threatening to stop my SSI because SSDI finds me to be fine. He was totally unprofessional and I will not contact Morgan and Morgan again.

For the people my A.. Unless you're case is worth a ton of money they'll not give you the time of day. Justice for profit
