Anthony was the attorney who handled the sale and closing for my condo in Florida. He was recommended to me by my realtor. We closed last week and it was an out of State closing. He was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner which was critical for me as I was out of State, included me on all emails with the buyer's attorneys and the title company, and was generally professional and personable. I was pleased with his services.

Mr Velardi was the way I wish other lawyers were. Reachable, professional, on top of everything. Responds quick. I could not recommend him strongly enough.
