When a traumatizing injury and/or event happens to you, it can be SO HARD to start, what seems like a part-time job worth of: paperwork, doc appt's, new exercise routine, recuperating emotions, etc. And that's ON TOP OF having to go back and function, getting everything done in your normal life, but trying to do everything while injured and having MUCH less time to do it! (Healing from an injury is extremely time-consuming) What does this have to do with Kemp, Ruge, and Green? Well, they provided me with what I realized was an invaluable service at such a fragile time in my life: They were trustworthy, honest, authentic, compassionate and understanding AND completely competent and reliable at what they do. Wow. Working with such professional, competent and responsive staff help alleviate SO MUCH of my worries, financially. BIG DEAL. Also, the staff, particularly , my paralegal, Tiffany Lones, was so kind and patient. Tiffany was relatable, understanding, and she never made me feel bad about being worried or frazzled or getting emotional (which can sometimes happen to you especially at the beginning). She was supportive and compassionate. It helped me feel more confident making decisions moving forward, better and more clear about the process and my progress through it, etc. Again, WOW! I felt that she not only was doing her job (and staying right on top of everything and looking up the answer to a question I had even if she didn't have it, following up regularly, checking in) but I felt like she also gave me such as gift by making the whole, otherwise overwhelming and scary experience, so much more manageable. It felt like I had someone that I could trust who was on my side, and as it turns out, she was! The whole time. I could trust her word and her character. Later in the process, I worked with Stacy Kemp, and she was AGAIN, amazing. She was patient and made sure that I thoroughly understood things that were confusing or concerning me. Her word was ALSO trustworthy. She was honest, caring and compassionate. It's a whole other ball game to work with people who are being genuinely GOOD HUMANS and rock at their jobs! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
