This is an outstanding law firm. I was not satisfied with how our insurance claim was being handled. There was a lack of so communication and Mr. Jordan reached out to me and REASSURED me and my husband about the insurance process. He is very big on transparency. Long story short, we were kept in the loop and eventually won our roof replacement within a reasonable amount of time since we first made our claim. Mr. Jordan and his team made the process seem very effortless. We did not have to pay any fees. The settlement was what we wanted and his knowledge in the field is outstanding. He was even able to extra so we may fix the interior of the home. He also knew about proving and provided great recommendations and guidance for me and my husband. I cannot thank them enough.
