I had the unfortunate experience of hiring this guy. He speaks a good game, but that is about it. After assuring me he could help my situation, he slowly and methodically bled my retainer account for items I never saw. NO correspondence from the one I hired him for. No phone logs, no contact information. Nothing from the entity that I hired him to protect me from. I had to chase him for communication and updates. Twice I had to go to his office unanounced, just to get him to speak to me. Several times he out right lied, including my last visit with him on the 16th in which he said he would write a letter on my behalf to the entity I hired him for, by the 25th of this month. Never happened!! Not a phone call to say, sorry I'm busy, or email telling me he was delayed, nothing. This was the last straw. I fired him for his unethical behavior, lies, unfullfiled promises, and deceit. Save yourself the aggrevation and anxiety, and steer clear of this guy.

We moved to Florida this month and wanted to change our individual and family trust to reflect the move along with other updating changes. His response was immediate, he demonstrated knowledge of the law and what we needed to do, and he completed the work in the short time frame we had to title our new Florida house in the name of the trust. Afterwards, he accompanied us to address other work required to complete the move to Florida. I couldn't be more pleased with Bryan; we now refer everyone we hear who needs similar work done to Bryan. Timely, knowledgeable, personable, complete, and goes the extra mile for his client. Couldn't ask for more.

Bryan was knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in dealing with the Summary Administration required after the death of my brother. My brother resided in Florida and I live in Ohio. Bryan was able to assist me, while sparing me the expense of travel. He helped minimize the stress of a difficult situation (the loss of a sibling).

Complicated tax issue was resolved quickly by Mr. Kessler. We are having him handle all of our trust , wills and tax returns now. He is very honest and extremely knowledgeable - highly recommend him to anyone!

I had received the all dreaded letter from the IRS that I owed them several thousand dollars from a credit card write off that they now concidered income . I did not hesitate to contact Bryan who immedieatley knew what to do. Being that I am In NY made no difference in the speed and professisonalism that bryan handled my case.
