The Ledbetter group is the worst. The price was already a bit high, but the worst part is they claim it’s all fees and appointment costs. Once my beloved family member passed on, they decided they were to busy to handle the trust we paid for. Simply shunned us off afterwards with the reason that more work was coming in. No trust to be had with these people. Reception work is awful, can’t contact anyone. At one point I had three representatives handling my case and nobody knew anything without repeated calls daily until the squeaky wheel got oiled. Find someone else, you will be truly disappointed. I very much was a client. I have changed my name to conceal my identity. Any group of legal representatives that will do what your group has, would probably stop at nothing to punish anyone further if within your power. You have been reviewed poorly due to your actions, not by mistake in any way.
