The Ledbetter Law Group did an exceptional job for one of my closings recently. There were 8 (YES 8!) sellers who inherited this property. Just before closing, one of the 8 sellers passed away. Attorney Steven Ledbetter jumped into action and coordinated with the surviving family members. the closing was slightly delayed (due to the Courts), but everything was in motion. We only needed a 30 day extension! Sandy Winkler did an exceptional job herself, coordinating with the remaining family members to keep the extended closing on track. It was great to work with both Steven and Sandy, and I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
