Working with Sandy Winkler of Ledbetter Law Group in downtown Venice was THE most satisfying home sale transaction (of many) that I've ever been part of. Sandy handled all the front end paperwork and provided priceless advice and patience to help us through our "By owner" home sale. Sandy was prompt with communications, led us every step of the way and was a calming influence through what had typically been a stressful proposition. The portal Ledbetter Law Group provides allows for communication between all parties and shows exactly where we are in the process, what needs to be done next and whether our progress was "on-track" to close. We did end up closing early based on both parties agreeing and Sandy had everything ready without missing a single step.
