Susan has helped me on several occasions. She assisted me in the preperation of paperwork for my mother after my father died and I had to place her in assisted living. She also helped do the same for my in laws when my father in law was failing and we wanted to make sure my mother in laws affairs were in order. Most recently my husband experienced a traumaic head injury sending me into a tail spin, Susan met me after hours took my calls at all times of day and helped me draw up all the necessary paperwork to put my mind at ease.
