I was treated like family. From the receptionist who made my appointement (which was difficult due to my work schedule), to the lawyer who assisted with my estate plan.

My husband & I needed to update our NY last wills after relocating to Florida recently. After interviewing a number of lawyers we found this husband & wife team to be easy to work with & very professional. Their "special couples package" was exactly what we were looking for!

I can’t say enough good things about the attorneys & staff at this law firm. When my grandfather had a stroke I had just began a new job out of state. I was beside myself with worry being so far away. However, after implementing the estate plan recommended I am now able to assist my grandfather from afar & I can happily say he’s well on the road to recovery.

With me living in New York and my mother living alone in Florida, I really worried about making sure her estate plan was in order. That was until I found this law firm via the National Academy of Elder Law. Not only did they take the time to explain to my mother and myself the options available, the documents prepared were very clear and easy to understand. I recommend them highly.

Daryl took advantage of a family situation that we came in with. We mentioned another lawyer during this intake visit which he said only took to quote, ‘low hanging fruit.’ Then accused that lawyer later on of stealing his clients, mind you this other lawyer has been a family lawyer for years. Beyond that this man also then proceeded to call us trashy and said we weren’t worth his time and that he was only in it for the money. So that there says a lot about him as a professional. Maybe next time don’t talk bad about potential clients where they can hear you. Also on top of everything else they charged $1700 for what realistically was only a consultation because we never went back in to provide more information for them to actually file anything with a court.

My mother is a retired school teacher living in Florida and I’m in NJ. As she got older (and sicker) I knew she needed to consult with a lawyer to address certain elder law issues. In doing research online I came across this law firm. My mother and I cannot be happier with not only the knowledge and professionalism of this husband and wife team, but their ability to explain in plain English some complicated legal concepts to us was amazing

This firm was recommended to me. I called and asked for a price range for the service I need, they would not give me any estimate. I asked well can you say closer to $800 or $8000? No. Ok, I'm finished. But an hour later I got a strong arm phone call from the firm, which I didn't appreciate. Today they called again, reminding me to set up an appointment. They asked if I had chosen someone else, I said yes. They asked who? !!! I said really, are you kidding? Sleazy, very sleazy.

Darryl is a great guy and has done excellent work for us. I highly recommend him.
