Potential for unprofessional conduct and bias towards clients
“Daryl took advantage of a family situation that we came in with. We mentioned another lawyer during this intake visit which he said only took to quote, 'low hanging fruit.' Then accused that lawyer later on of stealing his clients, mind you this other lawyer has been a family lawyer for years. Beyond that this man also then proceeded to call us trashy and said we weren't worth his time and that he was only in it for the money.”

“I was looking to obtain a will/trust and scheduled an appointment with JACOBS & JACOBS. I first met with Melinda where she explained in fine detail what was required to fulfill what I was requesting. Upon receiving a draft copy of all documents I then scheduled another appointment to finalize the agreement and met with Darryl. The cost was very reasonable.”
