As soon as i met dan i knew he was my lawyer. Hes a great person and truly cared about my situation. I was very scared with what i was facing. I had many questions and he responded to me right away no matter what. I cant imagine getting through this horrible time in my life wirhout his expertise. He didnt sugarcoat my situation. Of the Lawyers I spoke with, he was the only one who did not inflate my hopes. I went with him for that reason, and the fact that all paperwork was handled quickly (Good job Dar C!). Although it left me feeling worried at times, I knew that on a professional level, his realism was the best way to approach my case. He discussed strategy with me honestly, both positive and negative outcomes. He has the experience to clearly understand (and work productively with!) how the court system works, both superficially and at the nonpublic level. As I saw him in action in the courtroom, I had no doubt I made the right choice in him! He has known the key people in the courtroom for a long period of time, and he exercised his social etiquette in the courtroom with as much grace and agility as he represented me both on record and behind the scenes. He got me a result that matched my best expectations without inflating my hopes. My advice other than to go with him: schedule your face time with him in advance. His schedule obviously gets busy, and court dates come up fast. Also, take the time to read the court documents. Your being active and showing interest in the process will rub off well on him. Should I run into trouble in the future, I would undoubtedly use his services again.

Daniel did an excellent job of getting a case dismissed before it went to trial. His expertise and reputation navigating the legal process is well worth hiring him. He kept in close contact by text, phone and email. I highly recommend him.

I recommend Keith Bregoff to anyone who is in search of a Personal injury lawyer. Keith took on my wife's case when she was injured in an accident. He was a terrific lawyer. He kept her abreast of what was happening with her case and if she had questions regarding her case he always answered her questions in a timely manner. She didn't have to wait days to hear from him. I hired Musca Law Firm to handle some bogus traffic tickets that could have really jammed me up. My attorney was extremely thorough and even went to “the scene of the alleged crime” and took pictures. He did his homework and when we went in front of the judge, my attorney shredded the deputy who accused me of things I never did! He made the deputy look stupid and highlighted how he didn’t even know the basic laws in his own county. I was cleared of all wrongdoing. It was a huge win and worth every penny! Keith Bregoff is an excellent attorney. When my claim was first started Geico initially informed me, not only was my case not worth any real money but they stated that I was 40% at fault for the accident on top of it. By the end of the case Mr. Bregoff was able to prove to Geico that their insured was 100% at fault and also had Geico agree to tender all their available policy limits in the case.
