First and foremost I want to thank Attorney Keith Bregoff for all he did for me and my son!! I was across the country when I received that dreadful call that my son was in a serious car accident. As I got off the plane and drove back home I was already looking for a local attorney to help us since the driver was driving someone else's vehicle without coverage and uninsured. Attorney Keith was king, compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable and honest. His guidance and wisdom put my mind at ease. He was always available via text and would call by the end of the day.Even during times of waiting on responses from insurance companies, he would call or text to check in on my son and how he was healing. Although all the monies would have went to the lien from our health insurance who footed all the medical bills excluding deductibles, copay's and coinsurance but Keith put his expertise to work on our behalf negotiated with the hospital to grant us hardship and reduced the insurance lien. We both truly appreciate you making a bad situation a little better! You exceeded my expectations of how much you genuinely cared. Called and left my info on a friday, received a call back and set up a phone appointment for the following Monday. Later that afternoon I received another call from a different lady about setting up an appointment, told her I already had one for Monday and she seemed confused but said ok. Monday comes along...no call, gave them the rest of the week, nothing. Came across as disorganized from the outset, pass.
