Everything you would want in a law firm exists at Block & Scarpa. Mario Menocal was not only an avid listener, but sharp with knowledge and wisdom. Its hard to feel confortable and protected with legal issues, but Block and Scarpa is able to do just that. I highly recommend them, especially Mario and especially if you are inexperienced in the legal environment. Block & Scarpa is your "go to"......trust me.

The lawyer was very clear and specific about the case. It is important to have a professional person who tells us the pros and cons, and not what we want to hear. Some lawyers tell us yes, we have a case and this is the cost, but in the end you end up paying sums of money for nothing. This Firm is clear in that regard, if they see that it makes no sense to fight or sue they tell you honestly.

Mr. Kissner went above and beyond for my civil suite. I called several law offices who either did not return my calls, asked for over $300.00 just for a consultation, or just plain said they would not take on my case. My suite is not for a lot of money, but Mr. Kissner's office returned my call and scheduled a phone conference with Mr. Kissner. He explained that my suite being only a few thousand dollars was not worth MY expense paying an attorney. He spent time to listen to my story, explain my options, how to file with the Court on my own and the wording that should be used once the Court awarded the case to me. He also told that he would be happy to answer any questions or offer advice once I have submitted the documents to the Court.
