Man postponed my case for a year never told me I went to court not knowing it was postponed then he threw a case they would have dropped because they had no evidence this guy should be disbarred he is a scumbag

Mr. Roden was very professional throughout the legal process. He was in continual contact letting us know of progress and changes. He followed through on all promises and obligations. He was thorough and got a preferred outcome for us on the case. I would recommend him for DWI and DUI cases.

I hired Attorney Gerald T. Roden while my son was in Jail facing a 5-year sentence for his 3rd Felony VOP. Originally, my son was assigned a public defender that we never met or spoke to about the case. Realizing that public defenders are over-worked and their case loads unrealistic, I began searching the internet for the best Attorney I could find. Attorney Roden spoke with me on the phone gathering as much information as I could provide, met with me in person, taking notes on as many details of the case that I could give him, and then went out to the jail to meet with my son, All on the same day!!! After gathering all the information, Jerry got right to work on the case. He was very communicative with us from the start. We were never left wondering what he was doing as he communicated by email and phone calls every step of the way. He was very thorough, motivated and fought so aggressively for us that I felt as though Jerry was fighting for one of his own family members. He was able to convince the DA to reinstate probation which eliminated the threat of jail time and a felony conviction. This attorney is definitely someone you would want on your side.

Attorney Roden was a great asset in dealing with our Son's arrest for DUI and Possession of a controlled substance. my son was charged with a second DUI .on top of this he was served with a civil injunction for alleged domestic violence,i was referred to MR. RODEN by a church member,and was glad we chose him.so glad that we recommended to other friends. MR. RODEN treaded us with respect the entire time and tirelessly and aggressevly worked the case,looking for ways to beat or reduce the DUI,origenly it looked grim for my son .he was passed out at the traffic light in his car,with the engine running, my son blew in the intoxilyzer later and it showed a reading indicating that he was impaired. MR. RODEN studied the road side video and was able to determine that he was improperly informed on the law relating to refusal and ability to get ones drivers license back ,based upon that MR. RODEN persuasive abilities with the prosecuter,he was able to get the case reduced to reckless driving.the civil injunction was completly thrown out by the judge,based on mr.
