After injuring my back on a jobsite and looking for a reputable attorney, I was referred to Mr. Elstein by a former coworker. Immediately upon meeting Mr. Elstein I knew he would fight for me. Mr. Elstein was thorough and informative keeping me up to date on everything that was happening and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. In the end he won me a settlement I was more than happy with.

Well what can I say, besides, I was truly impressed with Michael Elstein and the assistance that he extended to us. My roommate was recently hit by a car while ridding his bicycle on the sidewalk. Unfortunately in the state of Florida there is the no fault law, which is a major issue for. Upon receipt the insurance company began to scramble and they at least have agreed to pay for part of the hospital bill, the bicycle, and some extra cash for him.
