My mother read Ms Welter’s article in Neighborhood News (03/2024) and made a decision she needed to update all of her legal documents at age 85! Ms Welter advised that my daughter (who just graduated HS) needed to have legal documents for Living Will & Durable PoA. Which was so easy to accomplish. (Every parent should do this for their recently graduated children.) Denise and Tara (and Tiffany as witness) were all wonderful and it has been a great experience. So much so, I am having them create a dynasty trust for myself. Excellent experience with the care they provided for 3 generations of my family.
