Would give 0 stars if I could. I opened this case at the end of July and maybe heard from someone 2 times. They wanted me to continue to receive medical care which is an $80 copay, per specialist (4 specialists) 3 times per week (do the math) without guaranteeing that they would take on my case. Finally today I hear from the lawyer for the first time, informing me that based on WHATEVER evidence they gathered (did not specify what) they won't take my case. Terrible customer service, false advertising and just a mega firm with mega cocky lawyers that do not know how to communicate. Don't waste your time here and go to a smaller, reputable firm that will take your case with compassion and be open with communication.

Absolutely poor communication from the Rachel legal team all the way down. I attempted several times they rescheduled, and she never called back as she was supposed to not even to excuse herself to say that she’s busy. actually she the attorney Rachel called me back on her own time not as scheduled poor experience. I don’t know how they can be the biggest law firm if they shove what was my case that’s the most important case to me.
