Would not go through or recommend Morgan and Morgan in the future. Not what it used to be. Never spoke to a lawyer (everything was handled by case manager…actually by the end of my case I was assigned to my 3rd different case manager). Recommended for surgery due to my pain and injuries…probably going to have to resign from my position due to my pain and injuries. And basically got a…”well that’s the end of your case…see your PCP for further treatment and pay on your own.” Where the old company in the past would fight for situations like this. Also felt forced to sign off on the settlement (this was the most contact and communication I actually received from this case manager since she was assigned). Aside from my pain and suffering I struggle from depression and this whole experience was basically a thumbs down for me.

They tell you that they will take your case then have you go to several doctors. And when it’s not going to be a big claim they drop you sticking you with all the bills
