Takes days to respond. A customer response member will call you first for crisis control that will promise you a response that still takes days to receive. Missed the medical deadline because of lack of communication and being referred to a Dr. that no longer works at the practice. Zero guidance on what direction to turn or how to go about doing anything until it is too late to proceed. Do not believe the hype.

Morgan and Morgan are excellent lawyers. They really are "for the people ". I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a great law firm to represent them.
