I don’t know my attorney since it changed so many times over almost7 years. The paralegal I dealt with over the last 7 months seemed to be committed to delaying my settlement constantly. It was frustrating. I don’t recommend the Morgans.

Attorney assigned to my case/claim had zero desire to go to Trial. She informed me that I had no permanent injuries. But that's not what my Docttold me and the pain in my Neck, Shoulders and Back say otherwise. I felt like I was part of a Bundle deal written off as part of a case clearance deal between Morgan and Morgan. I was not at fault but was permanently injured but a Lawyer who didn't want to go to Trial informed me that I wasn't and that She had closed my case. I had NO input on the subject, it was done without me having any say. Not ok.

Not good in communication or follow ups. They changed the lawyers and paralegals 3 times. Loosing info and time.

She stated that she wanted to approach this case as a product liability case at the beginning of the conversation, then at the end of the conversation, she stated that she could not approach the case as a product liability. When I asked her why the change, she could not tell me and I asked to talk with the attorney in charge of my case.

I had originally called on the TV ad my friend saw and told me about regarding Takata Air Bag lawsuits being brought by Morgan & Morgan. s we idenified my car a 2014 Subaru Forester XT Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle purchased 3 months prior at Hassell Motors who is the Authorized Subaru Reseller/Dealer in the area of Long Island where we live. When I began to explain my story Stephanie immediately interjected if she could plaes ask a few questions to better assess which department should receive my complete information. When it was confirmed the Takata Air Bad in my 2014 Subaru Forester XT - CPO purchased a few months prior to a horrific automobile accident she again suggested I respond to a different set of questions to fine tune the right department. As my case in fact has Takata at fault for an Air Bag that did not deploy even though the EDR data downloaded said it did. The EDR also indicated the Passengers Air Bag did not deploy, when in fact it did. The person that pulled my unconscious body from the car crash saved my life. On a back road in the late afternoon on December 6th, 2019. There should be a lawsuit against Hassell Motors who sold me a Certified Pre-Owner vehicle with a problem with the air bag system and a lawsuit against Subaru for using Takata Air Bags in the production process as well as the manufacturer of the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in September through one of their Authorized new and used Subaru car sales. She was very efficient.
