Trash client service, bare minimum communication, and whenever you get someone on the phone such attitude and NOT Helpful

Those people really get on my nerves. Worse law firm to deal with. Barely answering the phone, when they finally do, I got transferred through a voice mail machine. They work just to get pay their 33% , which is crucial and forget about others. The hospital sent me to the credit bureau because they couldn't receive their money. Everything there is a messed. It's been over a year , they still unable to closed my case.

I was in an accident a few months ago.my case manager was noelle massarda.she was very polite, helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process.I highly recommend morgan&morgan.

They work hard for you. Before you call anyone else make sure you call Morgan & Morgan

Only the day they made me sign and the day after I felt supported by you. After that it went downhill. Called, wrote emails, text messages without any response. I called their line and the person who answered me was quite rude and told me that I should wait because it is a free service that if I wanted something immediately I would have to pay for another lawyer. At that time I just wanted to tell the team that was assigned to me how everything had happened. On the fourth day, Sharon finally answered me, indicating that the following week I had an update. Guess he never answered me. Send email messages call and nothing. I called your team and to this day, 2 weeks later, they showed up thanks to my Google comment. Since last Monday I know absolutely nothing. It is frustrating to say that if you do not see a mega case you treat your clients like garbage and very unprofessional. You can't look for another lawyer either because they made me sign a contract and the team that cancels it never answers. I have call logs texts emails of all your unprofessionalism. Now I really don't know if they are handling my case correctly or if they really care. They sell that they are here for their clients but I have seen the opposite.

It's very unfortunate what lead me to write this review but I will say I am more than thankful to have had Morgan & Morgan by my side through this process. As a first time car buyer I was devastated after being in a car accident. Not just emotionally damaged but physically damaged as well. Between the stress and the pain I've endured I can honestly say I was at widths end! Noelle Massarda is an angel. I received a call just as I was preparing for life's finally JAB, LOL! Noelle made sure to reassure me that I have NO need to worry and to let her to her job, Easier said than done right?! Well I did take her advice. After having bad experiences with my insurance company and my doctor's office... Within days I received a call from none other than NOELLE !! She settled my case! I had been working with Morgan & Morgan a little over a month and was actually reassigned to Noelle as my new case worker, Noelle settled my case after only working with me for 2 weeks !!! I would highly recommend Noelle as well as Morgan & Morgan to close family and friends after any car accident. This company is very sufficient and they get the job done, LITERALLY !!!
