I am unfortunately upset with the experience of Morgan and Morgan. They say that they will fight for you! Well here’s my story. 2 years ago I was involved in a car accident with Coca Cola. I was sitting passenger on the side that was hit. I sustained an injury to my right shoulder. I initially had a lawyer and was going to PT. But I had to stop the PT because my job at the time wouldn’t schedule me more than 2 days. So I had to choose work or PT. I had to make the hard choice of living with my injury. So the original lawyer dropped me because of it. I ended up homeless because my friend who was the driver of the car that was involved in the accident kicked me out due to not perjuring myself for her own dispute. It again took me a long time to get my self stable. Living in this pain for 2 YEARS. FINALLY When I was stable I reached out to Morgan and Morgan. They told me ABSOLUTELY We got you! Well after 2 1/2 weeks of being with them and BARELY being able to reach anyone associated with my case, they dropped me. Reason being? Because I couldn’t afford consistent treatment from the date of the accident. My MRI that was recently done on 4/22/23 showed the pain I’m STILL in is from the untreated injury sustained from the accident. I spoke to other Lawyers. They said as long as I had started treatment and no matter the reason why I had to STOP treatment I still had a viable and very real case due to the fact that I am still suffering from the initial date of injury. The entire way this case was handled within the 2 1/2 week period is extremely disappointing. I think the real reason they dropped me is because my case wasn’t an “easy win”.

Very poor service unless I guess you have died or have lost a limb! I called to speak to someone about a potential and significant medical malpractice issue and got a complete blow off by a receptionist!

Noelle Massarda is amazing. She honestly gave me great insight. She was understanding and a great listener. She handled the case like a champ. Less than two weeks my case was settled. I’m stressed-free due to her determination. I can breathe again! She’s well experienced and her actions also ability showed it throughout the whole process. Her communication skills is outstanding. She’ll call and callback. You’ll always be informed if there’s any additional information that needs to be provided. She’s clear and trustworthy. I’m really thankful to have her. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Noelle Massarda in west palm beach, is absolutely amazing at what she does! Very charismatic, cares about her clients, and really works hard for you. 100/10 would recommend her, and use her services again if ever needed!

Horrific lack of communication. I had to call them almost incessantly to get any information, pushed them to do their jobs, and I never actually spoke to my lawyer.
