Mr. Morgan told me he would take my car accident case for free but then they tried to charge me $2,500 for legal services! Terrible !!! Don't trust them!

They advertise free advice and help. I have a life altering employment situation involving the Americans with disability act. Because there is no case at the moment they would not even talk to me. If this plays out like I expect it to, there will be a case. When you call you start with an Indian gentleman with an accent difficult to discern. The second contact was with a Spanish woman with a heavy accent. I'm sure it's because she is bilingual. No chance to even talk to a lawyer. I was told no, even though I don't think she understood me. Don't believe the passionate statement that you have to listen to when on hold.

I was crossing my fingers that this law firm would not be like all the other law firms in Florida. You are using false advertising when you state you help the smaller cases you are breaking the law yourselfs. Don't give me that you have many reasons not to take the case. Then state them to me why not.

Very disappointed! They were NO help at all! Very difficult to even speak to anyone. They are certainly NOT for the people!!

I was referred to this law firm. I tried to call them 3 times and they were asking PII information beyond the first and last names without even asking information about the case. After I rejected to provide information the operator disconnect my call. Horrible customer service!

Their advertisements tell you they are "here for the people" and not just big business, however they seem to shy away us little people and specifically case types their website claim to be able to handle. Really disappointing when the big guys won't even (try) to help you. Melissa, the number you provided seems to only go to an "intake dept" and they don't provide help or explanations. I thought I needed a big firm to help me, but I guess perhaps your firm is too big and I'm not important enough for John Morgan !

They are too big.They don't have the time to deal with people.Bigger is not better.

Refused to contact me after being hired and when I called all I received were voice-mail that's why I fired them after a week
