Cons
1
Expensive legal fees
“Had to stop pursuing my case because of how expensive he is. Terrible outcome. I'm sure he'll write a distancing or threatening rebuttal but this is my experience. Paid him more than my alimony and child support.”
2
Potential issues with evidence handling and submission
“The saddest part about the lack of professionalism in this office is that the families that hire this firm are already going through so much heartache, and typically including minor children that suffer as the extremely slow court process undergoes. In addition to this, Troy had us dig up and print out all of the evidence needed for this case and then categorize them in a binder in chronological order which came to be more than 4 inches of evidence. After spending an absurd amount of time doing so we find out in the middle of trial that he submitted zero pieces of evidence.”
